SYNDICATION - LUJELLA

Own a share in Lujella Three Year Old Filly by Lujain from Winning Dam Bonella

LuellaWe are "The Wayfarers" - we have been involved with Bonella when in training and when she retired due to injury, decided to make a friendly breeding partnership, creating another syndicate to train her first filly Lujella.

It is intended that The Wayfarers, a partnership of eight, retains our shares and expand the partnership to twenty to have fun and enjoyment of racing Lujella.

Lujella is now in training with Christine Dunnett. All major decisions will be discussed (usually over a pub lunch or a visit to Brick Kiln Farm).

What does it cost?

The cost involved in joining "The Wayfarers"
Purchase price 1/20th share in Lujella - £295.00 plus VAT.
Monthly payment of £70.00 per month. Payable either yearly in advance or monthly by Standing Order.
The monthly payment covers all costs: i.e. training fees, vet fees, race entries etc. No hidden extras guaranteed.

What are the risks?

The partnershp is covered by a written agreement which would guarantee there are no hidden charges and that the monthly payments would not increase (unless training costs increased - this would be discussed at the partnership meeting). IF you wished to drop out you could give three months notice and walk away or sell your share to another partner (with prior agreement of the partnership). Your only commitment is that of the monthly fee once you have purchased your share.

What will I get in return
Regular updates on Lujella
Visits arranged to see her in training
Race badges at the races
Partnership meeting with the Trainer to discuss Lujella's progress
Share prize money
The pleasure of owning a share in a racehorse.
